There are two bedrooms downstairs with full size beds that share a bathroom.  There is a  modern eat in kitchen.  A spiral staircase leads up to a loft sleeping area with 4 twin beds, two are trundles. There is a sitting area in the loft with TV and a dramatic Catskill Mountain view.

A 500’ path through the woods to Beartown State Forest provides access to Benedict Pond
and 10,000 plus acres with 30 miles of hiking trails. 

Attached to the house is a two car garage and a new generator operates in the event of a power outage.
3 hours per week cleaning service (additional hours may be requested for an additional fee,
dial up computer service, satellite TV, ping pong, pool table, volley ball, basketball,
organic vegetable garden, beautiful flower gardens, on-site caretaker.
No Pets.
